A hotel quality audit should explain what needs attention, why it matters and who should act. Nobiqo reviews the agreed parts of the guest environment against your operating standards and the physical condition of the property.
The scope can include guest rooms, bathrooms, suites, public areas and selected back-of-house spaces. We review materials and finishes, furniture condition, recurring defects, presentation and the evidence available for previous corrective work. Guest-experience or mystery-guest work is agreed separately so the type of review is clear before the engagement.
Room inspections with a usable record.
Findings are organised by property and room, with photographs, comments and priorities where evidence supports them. Your team can follow actions and review inspection history in the existing Nobiqo client portal.
The agreed report identifies immediate corrections, items requiring closer investigation and opportunities to improve material care or operating routines. A brand standards review uses the standards supplied or agreed for the assignment; it is not an accreditation from a hotel brand.
Choose the evidence the decision needs.
On-site inspections suit an initial property review, a refurbishment handover or issues that require direct examination. The property, room sample, access arrangements, reporting scope and visit schedule are agreed in the proposal.
Remote follow-up can use photographs, observations and documents supplied by the hotel team through the same portal. It supports continuity between visits. If the evidence is incomplete, we identify what is missing and whether an on-site review is needed.

Nobiqo is based in Helsinki and works with hospitality operators internationally, with a focus on Europe and Asia. Tell us the property location, room count, operating stage and the decisions you need to make. Site access, travel and local requirements are scoped before the work starts.
For a hotel in Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia or another Asian market, the starting point is the same: an agreed scope and a named contact at the property. We do not present remote observations as a completed physical inspection.
